The relay exposes readiness and health checks, while the app shows connection state locally. Watch storage and concurrent connections as capacity signals, not as a count of people or messages.

Routine work

• Back up and restore the encrypted relay bundle.
• Pin, verify and schedule an image upgrade.
• Resize storage or compute before a limit becomes an outage.
• Set a custom domain only after DNS ownership verifies.

Troubleshoot

A relay can report its own version, connection state and errors. It cannot inspect the workspace to explain a message, ticket or agent decision.
